About Us
Mike Krouskos
Mike Krouskos is the owner of L & M Mass Solutions, a consumer products consulting company based in Irving, Texas. Born in Clearwater, Florida, Mike Krouskos has spent his career focused on the Consumer Products Goods industry and large customer management. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Mike worked with the House of Seagram, a premier wine and spirits manufacturer. Mike was then promoted to their Tropicana Juice Division, which led to his current location in Dallas, Texas. Mike held increasing levels of responsibility, focusing on major food accounts and broker management. After his career with Tropicana, Mike worked with Embasa International Foods, a manufacturer of authentic Hispanic foods. |

In more recent years, Mike worked with the Binney & Smith company, the maker of Crayola products, in various roles. With experience in the Food, Drug, and Mass classes of trade, Mike was able to partner with several large retail customers in all facets of the business.
Prior to starting his own company, Mike joined Infusion Inc., a manufacturer of fashion social stationery and back-to- school products, as Vice-President of Sales. Mike focused on the sales and go-to-market strategy for this small and growing stationery company.
To start off 2004, Mike formed L & M Mass Solutions. His company focuses on consulting with manufacturers on their account and structural needs. L & M assists clients with their data analysis and presentation development. A majority of his customers are small to mid-size CPG companies trying to maximize their efforts at larger retailers.
The company's Mass Partner Group focuses on training and consulting for Consumer Products professionals. The Mass Partner Group meets on a bi-monthly basis and touches on current events affecting the retail and consumer products world. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Christian University MBA Mentor Board and the University of Florida David Miller Retail Center Executive Board.
Mike and his wife Lori currently reside in Las Colinas, a subdivision of Irving, Texas.
